David’s Story
David is a wonderful, cheerful and positive man whose love for life and positive attitude is infectious to anyone around him. It’s impossible to not have a smile on your face when David is in the room!
Here are David’s tips for success on the Go Figure Program:
1. Know your environment. Wherever you are, make sure you take advantage of what the area has to offer. If you are staying in a hotel, get up early and become a hall walker! If you can, get outside for a quick walk and enjoy the morning breeze.
2. Stay hydrated. Be sure to take water with you wherever you go!
3. Stick with your new “program friendly” habits. Whether you’re traveling or at home, make sure to stick to the eating and exercise habits that you have learned at Go Figure. Repeating the same thing everyday helps to create a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
4. If you start to gain weight, don’t get discouraged! Remember that, thanks to Go Figure, you know how to get it down. Simply follow the principles from the beginning of the program and get in for your weekly appointment as soon as possible!
