How would you describe your experience with Go Figure?

Amazing! I’ve had so much support from my friends, family, the staff at Go Figure and my co-worker Lisa! It truly makes a difference to have people that back you up when you’re   having good weeks or bad!

What is your favorite program  friendly meal?

Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls:

Turkey burger, onion, garlic& cabbage. Season it like you  would when you make chili.  Best part: only one pan used!  Easy cleanup & perfect for Fall – my husband even loves it!

What are 3 of your favorite tips for success on the program?

  1. Be honest with yourself. If you eat off plan, acknowledge it and move on.
  2. Food log! I lost more weight when I kept better track of what I was eating.
  3. Go to the appointments every week! I have found that I hold myself more accountable when I know I have to go to my appointment at the end of the week.

 What impact has Go Figure had on you?

This program has completely changed the foods and the way I eat. It has allowed me to experiment with new recipes I probably would have never considered making. I enjoy cooking; I always have, so coming up with new recipes and tweaking them to adjust to the eating plan has been a lot of fun! Now I have some recipes I will make for the rest of my life!

What advice do you have for people considering the program?

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself! I slip every now and again but it doesn’t stop me from getting right back on track!

How would you describe your experience with Go Figure?

Excellent! All of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. After the initial shock of changing how I eat, I feel this is one of the easiest, most beneficial lifestyle changes.

  1. Don’t get overwhelmed.
  2. Have variety with your snacks so you don’t become bored with the same snack every day.
  3. Find support through friends, family and co-workers.

What impact has Go Figure had on you?

It is hard to believe that I was carrying around all that extra weight before. I can really notice the extra energy and self-confidence that I gained through this program.

What advice do you have for people considering the program?

Do it! This program is really designed for success. You will have bumps along the way, but if you keep your end goal in sight you are going to achieve the results that you are looking for.
